In a technology climate where every pound, dollar or euro spent not only has to count but also has to punch above its weight; marrying the art of creativity to the science of accountability is the challenge facing marketers every day. Thus the theme of the first CMO Council Summit Europe: “Perfecting the Art, Advancing the Science.”

The CMO Council Summit Europe brought together more than 100 senior European Marketing Vice Presidents, Directors and CMOs to take an in-depth look at these and other weighty issues facing technology marketers.

Anchored by a line up of outstanding keynote speakers from such top technology brands as Cisco, Unisys, Dell, IBM, Akamai, Kodak, Symantec, Avaya, Visa, MCI, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Philips Semiconductors, Deloitte, and Siebel, the Summit also featured mini break out sessions, interactive quizzes and round table debates that gave delegates the chance to participate and share their thoughts and ideas with their fellow marketing experts.

Be sure to mark your calendar for next year’s CMO Council Summit Europe, scheduled for 16-17 November in Munich. Check back to this site for updates and registration information.

"I want to thank you for organising a wonderful event last week in London. I really got a lot out of it and it was a pleasure to be a presenter. The subject content and quality of organisation were excellent and I heard only positive feedback from the other delegates I spoke to."
