Jan Soderstrom serves as SunPower's vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO) and is responsible for driving the company's overall global brand and marketing strategies. She joins SunPower with more than 25 years of marketing experience, and most recently owned her own consulting business.

Previously, Soderstrom held the position of senior vice president of global marketing and brand management for 3Com Corporation, where she drove all advertising, promotion, customer relationship marketing, and all brand identity programs. While at 3Com, Soderstrom developed a new master brand strategy that helped to unify the company. Prior to that, she was executive vice president of marketing for Visa International and also served as senior vice president of marketing for Gap Stores. Soderstrom holds a bachelor's of science and a master's of science degree from Arizona State University.

Stephen Jones is the former Chief Marketing Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. During his seventeen years at TCCC, from 1986 – 2003, he held three different roles- Marketer, Operator, and Global Leader. After taking over as CMO in 2000, he focused on three growth strategies: accelerating worldwide Coca-Cola growth by encouraging more locally relevant positioning and initiatives; turning the company into a total beverage company through both organic and acquisition initiatives; shifting the centralized command and control management approach to a more decentralized local accountability approach.

Mr. Khiyara also held a variety of management positions at VeriSign, Autodesk and Bechtel serving in leadership positions in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Yale, has completed the Strategic Leadership Executive Program at Harvard Business School and has a graduate degree in engineering.

Lauren Flaherty oversees the full breadth of the Juniper Network's global marketing activities. Prior to joining Juniper, Ms. Flaherty served as CMO of Nortel Networks from 2006-2008. While at Nortel, she created a fully integrated marketing function that represented all lines of business, and created Nortel's first Global Marketing Board, which enabled the development of marketing investments that were fully aligned to sales and the company's strategic objectives. Bill Ogle is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Motorola's Mobile Devices business. In this role, Bill is responsible for leading the marketing and branding efforts across the globe. Bill most recently served as CMO for Samsung Telecommunications America where he developed an extensive knowledge of the mobile devices industry and helped drive the company to the leading position in the U.S. marketplace. Previously he was CMO at Pizza Hut where, during his 12 years with the company, he helped reposition the brand and achieved significant sales and market share growth. He also served as Pizza Hut's CMO in the United Kingdom where he helped redefine brand awareness and guided the overseas division to record sales and profit. He then returned to Pizza Hut's Dallas headquarters in 2002 as the chief concept development officer, launching the restaurant's Italian Bistro and WingStreet brands.

Earlier in his career, Bill held brand management positions at Procter & Gamble and Sara Lee Corporation. Bill received his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Bill is also involved in a number of extracurricular including serving on the Board of Advisors for the Chief Marketing Officer Council and the Board of Directors of TACA. In addition, Bill is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is on the Marketing Committee for the Dallas Symphony.

Logan McDougal is Wrigley's Vice President – Customer Marketing & Operations. He manages Wrigley's US internal Sales operations, including customer marketing, customer support, demand planning and category management. Logan is also responsible for several aspects of the integration of Wrigley into Mars Inc., and works directly with Wrigley's US and Global executive teams across the Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain organizations.

Logan has been with Wrigley since 2004, and most recently served as Wrigley's Vice President – Global Wal-Mart. In this last role, he was directly responsible for Wrigley's relationship globally with Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and McLane. Prior to this role, Logan was Director – Global Commercial Operations, where he managed a number of key global projects, including product roll-outs, capital allocation, SKU rationalization and developing markets strategies. He also served in the US organization as Director of Sales Operations, and during this time led the successful acquisition and integration of the former Kraft business (Altoids, Lifesavers, Creme Savers, Sugus) into Wrigley's Commercial organization.

Prior to joining Wrigley, Logan was a management consultant with Marakon Associates and an investment banker with Rothschild and Merrill Lynch. Logan holds a Bachelors degree from Williams College, a Masters of Science – Economics from the London School of Economics, a diploma from Novosibirsk University, and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Rich Smith is the Chief Marketing Officer of AIG Bank, leading marketing and strategic planning efforts for AIG’s banking subsidiary and serving on AIG’s global ecommerce steering committee. Rich joined AIG from Bank One (Chase) where, as First Vice President and Marketing Director of Balance Build, he lead a team responsible for credit card loan growth and an annual P&L of $230 million, overseeing more than 35 million customer impressions per month. Rich began his career at MBNA America (Bank of America) in expanding marketing leadership roles, including First Vice President and Product Development Manager where he launched new products, such as MBNA's Platinum Plus MasterCard and Visa.
