Brad McLane leads the firm’s Marketing Officers Practice and Consumer Goods and Services Practice. He also heads the firm’s Chicago office. Brad brings a long career in executive search to RSR Partners, most recently as Global Head of the Marketing Officers Practice and Co-Head of the North American Consumer Products and Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. He has over fifteen years of executive search experience and has conducted over 400 searches during his career. Brad concentrates on senior-level assignments for consumer product clients and senior marketing roles in financial services, healthcare, technology, industrial and not-for-profit clients who seek a strategic focus on their customers and consumers. Brad has recently filled roles including CEO, board member, CMO, Executive Vice President of Global Direct Marketing, and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Innovation Services. Brad began his career as a senior accountant at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in New York. Following his MBA Brad joined Ralston Purina’s brand management organization in St. Louis. Five years later he was recruited to the Coca-Cola Company in senior product development and marketing roles. Following this, he oversaw brand strategy and creative development as Vice President, Marketing of Petrolon Inc.— a multinational, automotive consumer products company, now part of ITW. Immediately prior to his executive search career, Brad was President and co-founder of AccuTraffic.com. Brad is a graduate of Yale University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago GSB (now Booth.) He has also been the Executive Director of two not-for-profit organizations. Currently, Brad is a member of the Business Marketing Association. He is the President, Board of Commissioners of the Winnetka Park District and is Chair of Winnetka Congregational Church board. Most recently, he joined the Steering Committee of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Kilts Center for Marketing. He, his wife Dede, and their three children live in Winnetka, Illinois.
